• Hep C Antibody with Reflex to HCV RNA – $320.00 (Regular price: $700+)
• If the Hep C Antibody test is Negative, a $290 refund will be issued.
• Hepatitis C Test with Confirmation (Most affordable option)

Process:

1. Get your labs drawn at any location of your choice.
2. Send your results to our HIPAA-compliant fax: 832-827-7448.

4. Complete the intake and/or consent forms.
5. Hep C Antibody Test is conducted:
   • If positive, the HCV RNA test is performed automatically.

Additional Notes:

• Using Linkage To Care for lab services is optional.
• We accept lab results up to 3 months old.
• If an individual already has HCV RNA lab results, they can be sent to our HIPAA-compliant fax: 832-827-7448.

(For individuals who had a Positive Hep C Antibody test or want to check Hep C status after treatment)

Process:

• Individuals are informed about their HCV RNA results.
• If the Confirmatory (RNA) test is Positive, the individual is provided with treatment options.

(Individuals are required to complete these labs before a telemedicine visit is scheduled)

Process:

• If an individual seeks Hepatitis C treatment through Link2Labs, Baseline/Pre-treatment labs are required.
• These labs must be completed before starting treatment.

Criteria:

• No insurance of any kind
• Annual income must be less than $100,000

Cost:

No direct cost for the PAP application.

Process:

• Lab results are sent to the clinic/provider for treatment eligibility.
• If eligible, the medication application (PAP) link is sent to the individual.
• PAP is submitted to the drug company for approval.
• Providers do not determine eligibility.
• PAP covers medication costs for eligible individuals.

Cost:

• 1st Telemedicine Visit: $150 (Required)
• Medication is free with PAP approval.

Telemedicine payment option needs to be included on the website.

Process:

• The 1st Telemedicine consultation is required for the provider to recommend Hep C medication.
• PAP approval may take approximately 1 week; medication is received within 4-6 weeks.

Medication Details:

• Epclusa: 1 pill per day for 12 weeks (3 months).
• Mavyret: 3 pills per day for 8 weeks (2 months).

Patients can check their medication eligibility or status with the drug companies:

Cost:

• HCV RNA by PCR, Quantitative - $100 + $10 draw fee
• 2nd Telemedicine Visit - $100 (Optional)

Process:

• Week 8/12 Labs (EOT) are conducted to check if medication is working.
• Telemedicine follow-up is optional, but the provider may require it.

Process:

• 12 weeks after treatment completion, the final lab test is conducted.
• The provider may require a final telemedicine consultation.

No additional costs after Step 7.
